We pride ourselves on being innovative in the construction and design of your new home. As the first to bring the “Suite Home” concept to Boise market, we are proud to be offering “built-in” income property investment opportunities for first time home buyers.
Other innovations such as rooftop outdoor-living spaces and even live-work units put IHS on the cutting edge of innovative home design.

Because IHS acts as its own development company, we have the capacity to produce our own unique “right-sized” lots. This allows us to better control the lot prices and pass that savings onto our new home buyers! We strive for a reduced lot price of 15%-20% in the Boise market!
Since we do not sell our lots to other builders, you can be assured that your neighbors’ homes will be built to the same high standards that we have for all of our homes.
